Former Las Vegas Raiders coach Jon Gruden suffered a major loss in his attempted lawsuit against the NFL based off his resignation from the franchise in 2021 after an email scandal.
According to ESPN, a three-judge panel of the Nevada Supreme Court sided with the league Tuesday, saying he is subject to NFL arbitration even though he is no longer a league employee. Thus, that makes him unable to sue the league.
